Your customer service was outstanding. We were having trouble connecting but you never gave up trying to reach me and when you did the service was great! Friendly patient tech. I have one question on my mini pyramid is it ok to turn it off when not in use? Or do you leave it going 24/7 it does get warm not much but there is heat with the lights is this a concern?

UPDATED 1 star to 5! Ronald called me personally to help get my pyramid working! He was patient, even followed up when we kept playing phone tag. Overall, their customer service needs to improve, or they need more representives. Even with the issues I've had, I still highly recommend the company and products.
The light system is an amazing technology however, my pyramid mini was glitching from day one. 3 days later, it stopped working. Customer service is very friendly but their response time and fix is unexcusable. 2 weeks of waiting, they send me a single replacement panel with no instructions. I contacted them again to tell them I have no idea how to replace the panel or which one I'm to replace. The response was that a technician will be contacting me. That was about 4 or 5 days ago and no one has contacted me. Again the technology is amazing, but support needs to improve.
