THE WATCH comes with a limited warranty. The unlimited warranty is offered at $4.99USD/month with a $25USD deductible for a full replacement. You must be up-to-date on your monthly payments for full coverage, with no lapse in coverage, to receive the benefit of the unlimited warranty.
Which TLS programs are available on THE WATCH?
The WATCH comes with a pre-installed preset program which utilizes the "108 Origins Restoration" linguistics along with a program intended to support mental clarity and overall vitality. As we update the app, more programs will be available.

Yes, The Light System WATCH is compatible with both iPhone and Android.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 15 days on a single charge. However, watch use, including Light System Transmission can affect battery life.
Is the WATCH waterproof?
Yes, THE WATCH is rated for water exposure, but should not be immersed in water or be used in steam rooms or spas, intentionally.
Can I use the WATCH without activating the TLS program?
Yes. The TLS program and the tracking app are both option features and do not need to be used in order for the watch to function with all of its other features.
How do I activate the TLS program on The WATCH?
Turn on the watch face, then swipe left. The program will play until you turn if off.
Is The WATCH intended to replace other TLS technologies?
No. The WATCH is meant to provide insight into the positive changes the Light System can have on a person's well being, while providing energetic support around the clock. It is a complement to other TLS products.
Can I wear the WATCH while sleeping?
Yes! In fact the WATCH is equipped with state-of-the-art sleep metrics, so you can better understand your sleep quality.
